The Anomalous Phenomenon Contact and Communication Centre (APCCC) is committed to the rigorous investigation of anomalous phenomena and the development of methodologies for potential communication between human and non-human intelligences. Our Goals
Our goals are divided into two distinct areas:
Contact and Communication
Our research focuses on two main areas of contact and communication, technological methods and psychic methods.
Technological Methods include: radio frequency communication, laser communication, quantum communication and electromagnetic pulse (EMP) signals.
Psychic Methods include: telepathy, remote viewing, channeling and lucid dreaming.
Dissemination and Disclosure
The disclosure and dissemination of classified information on UAPs and non-human intelligence is vital for advancing knowledge, ensuring transparency, enhancing security, and fostering international cooperation.
